Dan Cohen, Partner (right)
Mr. Cohen handles all day-to-day operations and portfolio marketing for North Jersey Development Group. His career in real estate spans more than two decades, with extensive experience in all facets of real estate acquisition, development and leasing.
Louis Antonucci, Partner (left)
Mr. Antonucci
spearheads all construction activities. He has been involved in construction for nearly four decades and has overseen the development of more than 10 million square feet of commercial properties during his career.
Dave Conforth, Lead Construction/Project Manager, joined NJDG in 1989 and manages upwards of one dozen projects per year, including all of the firm's new construction, renovation and tenant fit-out work. He has more than 30 years of industry experience.
Chris Prant, Project Partner, was involved in developing property with NJDG since 1998. With 15+ years of experience as a private investor, owner and manager, he also maintained a 750,000 square foot diversified portfolio in Bergen County. Sadly, Chris passed away in December 2016. NJDG continues to manage the various properties that we were mutually involved with.
Allen Klein, Property Management, is versed in all aspects of facility maintenance from many years of working for owners of major office and laboratory facilities. He oversees the maintenance of the North Jersey Development Group portfolio. This allows us to provide the high standard of service that our tenants and clients expect of us.
Jerri Lutkins, Administrator, has been a member of the NJDG team for over 25 years. She handles all bookkeeping and property management administration activities for the firm.
Donna Antonucci, Construction Administrator, joined the company in 1985 and handles bookkeeping and administrative activities for North Jersey Construction LLC, an NJDG subsidiary.
Gladys Spong, Vice President, joined the firm in 2000. She works closely with Dan and Jerri and is in charge of coordinating and overseeing all leases for the firm.

Ben Horten Architecture & Design provides architectural and design services for NJDG's tenants and prospective tenants. The firm specializes in designing new buildings and interiors, with many projects throughout northern New Jersey. Ben Horten, AIA, principal, has more than a decade of experience in commercial, institutional and residential construction design. |
