 NJDG acquired the two building project in December of 2005 to continue our pattern of repositioning underutilized high level facilities in prime locations. This property has become a prime location due to the recent construction of Exit 1 on I-280. NJDG sold the building in 2007 to Givaudan Fragrances Corp.
