North Jersey Development Group completed construction of this 30-acre campus of multi-story office and flex/industrial buildings in 1992. 101, 200 and 300 Roundhill Drive have maintained high occupancy rates throughout their history, benefiting from quality accommodations and ownership, and convenience to Interstate 80. The development includes three additional buildings that NJDG sold to Edy's Grand Ice Cream, New Jersey Natural Gas and Packing Development Corporation. In 2006 NJDG sold 101 Roundhill Drive to the Emerald Holdings Group. |
